This retreat is a harmonious blend of yoga, adventure, and introspection. Each day will include one to two yoga sessions designed to ground and inspire you. We’ll gather for nourishing, wholesome meals, breakfast, brunch and dinner, crafted with seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. Between practices, there will be time for meaningful connection, quiet reflection, and outdoor exploration. Enjoy guided hikes, time by the fire, and immersive experiences in nature.
